Split a shift's tips

Add a segment each time the crew changes. At every handoff, 18% of the open-tab total shifts back to the earlier segment.

Helper only — split the same way, but free of inherited-tab rules. Not saved or sent to payroll.

18% of any tabs inherited from the daytime shift is paid out to the prior bartender.

Hours are optional. Enter them for everyone sharing a role to split that role's tips by hours worked (e.g. a busser who left early); otherwise it splits evenly. A bonus for a support role (barback/busser) comes out of the bartenders' share for that segment.
